This 1.5 hour Ropes workshop is on October 11/2014
Time : 11 to 12.30 am.
Learn poses on the ropes wall to stretch, lengthen, stabilise and balance, your body. This can help to prevent injury.
You can use these ropes assisted poses prior to your class commencing, to warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons.
Class numbers will be limited to 14.
