Ashtanga Yoga

Hi Everyone.

Unless we get some better numbers at the early morning  Ashtanga class  (Thursdays)  this class will have to be cancelled.

 So to all of you – now is the time to give this class a go.

 Spring is almost here and it’s a great way to start the day.

 If you are new to Ashtanga Yoga or at beginner level this is a great class because Brigid can give you a lot of attention to help get your practice going in a really safe and  powerful way.

 If you are experieced with Ashtanga Yoga come along and go straight into your practice.  It is a perfect chance to also spend some one on one time with Brigid to work through any any areas you would like to focus on.

 If you are experienced with other Yoga such as  Hatha or Iyengar Yoga you are also welcome to come along and enjoy your own practice in the energy of the Yoga centre.

Class start time is flexible so you are welcome to arrive at a time that works for you.

The class time has now been extended to 0600 to 0800hr so you can start at 0630 or even 0700 if you want.
