Ashtanga Classes

Helen Paul-Smith will be running Ashtanga Yoga classes from Tuesday 14^th Dec – Fri 17^th Dec.  The classes will be Mysore style, learning to follow self practice.

Wednesday 15^th Dec 5.30-7pm

Thursday 16^th Dec 6.30-8pm

Friday 17^th Dec 5.30-7pm
